The following Excel spreadsheets provide previous data on childhood immunisation coverage by Primary Health Network (PHN).

PHNs have been established with the key objectives of increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of medical services for patients, particularly those at risk of poor health outcomes, and improving coordination of care to ensure patients receive the right care in the right place at the right time. There are 31 PHNs in Australia.

The data shows the percentage of children immunised against hepatitis B, diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, haemophilus influenzae type b, polio, measles, mumps and rubella, pneumococcal, varicella and meningococcal C, and the percentage of children fully immunised at age 12 months, 24 months and 60 months according to the National Immunisation Program Schedule.
